Seyi Bella, (Ph.D Candidate on the intersection of Law, Governance and technology) an International Corporate/Technology Legal Expert who holds an LLB and LLM from the University of Buckingham and an MSc in Artificial Intelligence and Technology Law from the University of Law. A Certified Information Privacy Professional, AI Governance Professional, and Certified Innovative & strategic Business Analyst from Harvard Business school with over 12 years of hands-on experience in the legal field, specialising in navigating the complex landscape of global data protection laws, privacy regulations, compliance and technology-related legal challenges.

Bringing over 10 years of experience in driving business, organisations and government improvements, strategic planning, and data-driven decision-making.

Proficient in analysing market trends, optimising business processes, and guiding organisations towards achieving their strategic goals with a keen understanding of legal and data privacy implications.

Equipped with robust corporate communication and crisis management skills, evidenced by her work with the University of Buckingham media presence and consultancy role with the African Union from the inception of the COVID-19 incident, with a passion for human development and social impact, where she apply’s her skills in communications strategy, crisis and reputation management, content creation, and writing to promote the AU’s vision and mission. She has contributed to multiple projects and campaigns like Agenda 2063, Dubai 2020, etc. that have increased the AU’s visibility, engagement, and influence across Africa and beyond.
